Summer 2020

In the current situation, the Saint-Tropez Yacht Club is adapting its course offering to respond to the health measures imposed by the COVID-19 virus.

Trainees will be welcomed in small groups, at different times and those for the day with half board .

​

Before coming to the course, everyone will have to test their temperature and if there is the slightest doubt they will have to stay at home for their own good and the good of others.

​

Trainees must come in uniform (closed locker rooms), with a small, clearly identifiable bag for their personal effects.

+ an airtight box or small “freezing” type bag, identifiable (last name, first name)

containing 2 spare masks and 1 bottle of hydroalcoholic gel.

​

Wearing a mask is not obligatory, but may be imposed.

​

The Club, for its part, has set up a one-way direction of traffic, a materialized queue and will provide hydroalcoholic gel at key points. The entire sailing school will be disinfected according to the protocol in force.

Staff will also test their temperature every day.

​

As far as possible, administrative formalities will be carried out by internet or telephone and payments online.

BEFORE THE INTERNSHIP

PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION :

  • Equipment provided: all equipment necessary for the activity is provided (life jacket).

  • Personal equipment to bring: Swimsuit, bring closed shoes (soft slippers for going into the water or old tennis shoes) and sun protection (cream, cap, sunglasses, t-shirt or Lycra).

  • Trainees must come in uniform (closed locker rooms), with a small, clearly identifiable bag for personal belongings + an airtight box or small, identifiable freezer-type bag (last name, first name) containing 2 spare masks and 1 bottle of hydroalcoholic gel.

  • Wearing a mask is not obligatory, but highly recommended, but may be imposed in certain situations.

  • Before coming to the course, everyone will have to test their temperature and if there is the slightest doubt they will have to stay at home for their own good and the good of others.

  • Prerequisites:

Immerse yourself then remain on the surface of the water in a vertical and horizontal position without showing real signs of panic (for Multi-activities 5/6 years old)

Immerse yourself then swim at least 25 m (if - 16 years old)
